1. Delivery Process
We ship our products across India, including large and heavy items such as custom wood furniture, and other bulkier products. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. Typically, your order will arrive within 10–15 days from the date of purchase. However, this is an estimate and can vary depending on the delivery partner and your specific location.
- Delivery Delays: In some cases, such as high-demand periods or product availability issues, delivery may take longer. You will be notified of any delays in advance.
- Special Delivery Charges: For specific locations or special delivery requirements, additional charges may apply. These will be communicated to you beforehand.
2. Payment Options
We offer multiple payment options to suit your convenience, including:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD) on all products

3. Toll Charges/Entry Tax/State Tax

5. Repayment or Money-Back Policy
While we make every effort to ensure the best quality of our products, there may be rare instances when you receive a damaged or defective product. If that happens, we are here to help:
- Replacement: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item to initiate a replacement request. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please note that replacement is subject to stock availability.
- Refund: If we are unable to replace the product within the stipulated time, we will offer you a full refund. This refund can be processed via gift vouchers or credited to your original payment method, as per your preference.
6. Cancellation Charges
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order without any charges before it has been shipped. Simply contact our customer care team to request cancellation.
- After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. If you choose to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, you will be liable for both dispatch and return shipping costs. To avoid this, please inform our customer care team about any cancellation requests as soon as possible.
