1. Returns Due to Damaged Products

We accept returns only if the product is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect. In order to qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If your furniture arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We require photographic evidence of the damage, including pictures of the packaging and the damaged product.
  • Notification Window: You must report the damage within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we will not be able to process any returns or refunds.

2. Return Process

If your product is eligible for return, please follow these steps:

4. Shipping Costs

For damaged products, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the product is not damaged and is returned for any other reason, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund Processing

Once a return is approved, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
